Greg is the youngest son of, Wilhelm Gottenbusch, the founding father of Servatii Pastry Shop. Greg is now the owner of Servatii and still enjoys pitching in with the daily routine.
Robert has been with the company over 20 years. He has won many decorating competitions over the years and only expects the best of his decorators.
Don Rose came up through the ranks at Servatii. Wilhelm Gottenbusch sent him to culinary school in Germany where he perfected his craft along with Wilhelm's guidance.
Dwayne heads up our deli and catering department at Servatii. Being a chef Dwayne takes great care in all of our Catering Trays and salads.
Coming from France Marc has a great background in baking. He is in charge of overseeing all the baking.
Paul is the grandson of the original owner Wilhelm Gottenbusch. He is grooming to be the next generation of Servatii.
